Delete your Noah Pets account
You can delete your account from the app in a minute.
- Open Noah Pets and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
What is deleted
Your app account, your session on every phone, the medications, foods, places and favorites you saved in the app, and your notification preferences. If you joined without a clinic, also your profile and the pets and photos you added.
What is kept
- Your pets' clinical records belong to your veterinary clinic and stay with them.
- Purchase and subscription records, without a link to your account, for as long as accounting and tax rules require, up to ten years.
- Security logs for up to 30 days and database backups for up to 365 days, after which they are deleted.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store account.
No longer have the app?
Write to privacidad [at] noah.club from the email or phone registered with your clinic, or use the requests, complaints and claims form, and we will delete the account for you.
